When it comes to gutters, Lewis Construction and Seamless Gutter
does it all. There are a few different types of gutters that we
install.
The most frequently and commonly installed gutter is the 5” K-style.
6” K-style is also available; 6” is usually reserved
for commercial buildings and houses that have excessive rain
flow. Our gutters are roll formed on site out of our gutter-making
machine. They are custom measured and cut on site for a perfect
fit on your house. Because they are roll formed, seams are eliminated,
which in return, eliminate leaks. A simple equation is; No Seams
= No Leaks. Not only do we install K-style; half round and copper
gutters are available on special request.
Only the best materials are used when making your gutter; we get
the best products on the market. We use .032 gauge aluminum for
all of our K-style gutters. The colored finish on the aluminum
is baked on for added durability and beauty. As for the aluminum
downspouts; 2”x3” aluminum downspout are used for 5” K-style
gutter. For jobs with 6” K-style gutter; 3”x4” aluminum
downspouts are used. The downspouts also come in colors that match
the gutters exactly, or in many cases, we try to match your downspout
color with the color of your siding.
Our gutters are fastened with hidden hangers; we find that hidden
hangers are the best kind of hanger on the market, and they are the
strongest. In some instances we may have to use different types of
hangers, these are strap and bar hangers. Strap and bar hangers are
used on houses that do not have flat fascia. These hangers are attached
to the roof using neoprene washer screws. Our company is one of the
only ones who will hide the strap and bar hanger under the shingle.
It takes a little bit more time and effort, but it gives a great
finished look and makes your gutters truly picturesque. These little
attentions to detail are what Lewis Construction and Seamless Gutter
is known for. 100 percent dedication, commitment, and attention to
detail go into every gutter we make.
