Although the changes that you see in the before and after pictures are a bit difficult to detect by just looking at them because of the great blending of color and workmanship that went along with this job, this commercial building in Utica, New York received a great deal of work. Before we began on this project, the fascia on the building was rotted and had no gutters. What our talented construction and gutter crew had to do was replace the rotten fascia with new wood, wrap the new wood in musket brown aluminum and install musket brown seamless gutters. So, that is why the changes to this building are hard to see; all the work blends in and matches. Also, in the additional picture, notice that this 6” seamless gutter has duel downspouts on each end. Because the project would not allot a downspout in the middle of the building, we doubled up the downspouts at each end of the building to ensure ample drainage of water.

Microtel Hotel Project

Hundreds of feet of perfectly blended seamless gutters were installed on this suite in Verona, New York. Located near the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, the Microtel Inn & Suites needed some seamless gutter assistance. To ensure that their newly built hotel did not get foundation and backslash damage from falling roof water, they called on us. Over 500 feet of gutter and nearly 600 feet of downspout were installed on this four-story gem in Central New York

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, located across from the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, NY, received over 700 feet of 6-inch commercial seamless gutter and over 900 feet of commercial 3x4 downspout. Because of its height, a lift was needed to install the gutters, but it's nothing Lewis Construction and Seamless Gutter hasn't done before. The seamless color match of the gutters on the hotel makes it a beautiful addition for a great place to stay in the area.

Agway Hardware in Clinton, NY

To stop foundation damage and customer complaints of getting a wet neck, Agway in Clinton, New York turned to us for help. We installed seamless gutters on the building, some of which needed to be hung at various angles, as the pictures show. Now, like gutter magic, there is no foundation or pavement damage from falling roof water, and, most important of all, no customer complaints about getting wet.
