Where to start? How about with the biggest of the additions? This home needed a bit more room, and a way the homeowners wanted to expand was by building a detached garage. The 26'x28' garage started from scratch--an open lot turned into a place to park your car. The slab was laid, the framing was done, windows were installed, the roof was put on, it was sided and all topped off with some great seamless gutters. Now, that was just one addition.

The next two additions were ones for leisure. Both built with fully-treated lumber, the 16'x20' deck was built not only for extended space, but it's perfect for lounging, and, of course, those summertime bar-b-ques. The 4'x6' entry porch was built not only for functionality, but wonderful to hang flowers from.
